I've been working on a new website for SciFi-Online lately, and I finally finished a proof-of-concept for the main index.  Any thoughts?

I like the colouring and the banner. And it's not too cluttered.  thumbup

War is such thirsty work. Don't you agree?

I like the color scheme. Making the links a different color makes them stand out more. The blue is kind of sci-fi-y, so it works. If it's all going to be text in body but off-center to the left with the links and other menus to the right, that works.  I like it.

It looks right nice. Navigation looks easy enough, and like the last poster said, the colour scheme is very complementary. Can't wait until it's fully up!  thumbup

What sort of questions do you think should go in the FAQ?  So far all I have is "What is a virtual series?"

"Can I become a member series of SciFi-Online?"

I know it's on the "Hosting" page but whenever you make a website, pretend that your visitors are all inane 14-year olds who don't look beyond the obvious.

Perhaps it would also be a good idea to display contact information prominently on the "About" page.

Hey man you need to get goin on this, its starting to take on the same sorta stuff that the TrekOnline site ended up turning into... more than that, and no offence to you, I think you might want to clean up the layout a little bit. What you got is a solid foundation but it looks like it needs to be updated a little bit. Might give you a little better presence on the web... matching forum theme might help a little bit too... just suggestions man.
